Bring Will Rogers to Your School or Library
Our Will Rogers Interpreter can visit your school! Bart Taylor will bring his wisdom about Will to your students. This presentation can be customized for your audience. Bart will talk about Will Rogers as a world citizen and how he used his fame and wit to bring people together. Bart can read one of his children’s books, “Will Rogers and the Great White House Sleepover” or "Will Rogers and his Great Presidential Pals." He will also teach your students rope tricks.

DON'T FORGET THIS!
Third Grade Diorama Contest
Every year we invite Rogers County 3rd graders to learn about Will Rogers and create their own diorama. This is the perfect addition to your Oklahoma history curriculum! Dioramas will be displayed in the museum and voted on by the public. Prizes are awarded for first, second and third place. Our Interpreter will come to your school and explain the program to your students. Request a school visit.
JUNIOR ROPER PROGRAM

The Junior Roper program aims to reach kids who want to go a little further, learn more about Will Rogers, and develop their roping skills. Children complete a Junior Roper workbook, submit it to the Museum to earn their Junior Roper badge and rope, and receive invitations to special activities.

Junior Ropers will be invited to participate in various events at the museum and showcase their talents during the Will Rogers Days Parade.
You can request a book at the museum front desk or download and print it at home. Please return the completed book to the museum to start your Junior Roper adventures!
