Fans of Will Rogers
Paula Watson, Westside fourth grade teacher, is a fan of Will Rogers and Dr. Seuss. She was dressed at the Cat in the Hat for Westside Literary Night for parents and students. She was one of many who had their photo taken with Will. Pat Reeder, Will Rogers Memorial Museum public relations, manned a table showing books offered in the museum store. Parents and students also entered their name in a drawing for a Will Rogers’ themed book. Emma Kelly won the Frank Keating book about Will Rogers’ growing up years. Tony Cottom was the winner of Reba Collins’ book Courtship and Correspondence.
